I ordered 3 shirts that were cut too small. Sent back same day wanting the next size. It has been weeks. This company does not answer their phones, texts or emails. Never again. Do not shop here. They are terrible.
Placed order for +J 7.15 am day of release and order confirmed. 6 days later, nothing. Called and then had confirmation of full 5 piece order (and invoice) the following day. Collected 2 days later. Only 3 pieces. Called again (20 mins wait)... apologies, nothing they can do, sold out. Not the first time this has happened... appalling customer service and now have to wait for investigation prior to refund for missing pieces, plus 15 days for refund for items being returned Couldn't get much worse. You would think this was a real MickeyMouse company not a major international retailer

SHOCKING!
I MEAN POSITIVELY SHOCKING! I knew Uniqlo, my kids shop there and I always bought stuff for them there. But never for myself. Once I had an interview and I was asked a question: what brand would you associate yourself with? I told UNIQLO! Lol I love their innovation, recycling and also phylosophy. But then I though if I associate myself with this brand I need to buy at least something from there. So I went shopping. For the first time I tried their clothes on me. WOW WOW WOW! I discovered the new dimension of how clothes can feel on you. The comfort, the cosiness, the feeling of warm hug was just Devine. I spent quit a bit of money there and left with massive bag of Uniqlo clothes. I think if you tried them on you ones, you will never not want to go back to the clothes we used to wear. It is a new dimension of comfort, softness, breathability and sensation. I am bewitched be this brand. I am so glad I said I associate myself with UNIQLO. This is something what everyone needs in their life. It was like a Devine encounter between human being and clothes. I found what I was missing in life... your hiTech technology on clothes is second to non. So happy. Thank you UNIQLO <3<3<3
First time I buy Uniqlo, I made a size mistake. In every store I am a perfect size M.
This coat was on final sale, when it arrive it was huge on me. Trying to reason with the phone agent about just to exchange the same product for a different size considering it was my first purchase and I wasn't used to their sizes. It was a draconian NO, no return or exchanges on online purchases, you have to go to the next store which is 4 hours away from where I live.
NEVER AGAIN.
The clothes are great, but Uniqlo's sizing tends to be all over the place, which was forgivable (maybe even charming) when they had a decent free returns policy in place.
Now, not only do they charge you for returns, they don't even include a returns form with your order. They expect you to print the label yourself or take it in store. If you haven't got access to a printer and live miles from a store, that's too bad. You're now stuck with an item you don't want and have no chance of getting your money back.
Leaves a very bad taste and has made me think twice about ordering again.
For the second time, they have failed to deliver a parcel, saying that they can't find the address (they're the only company that seems to have this problem). The first time this happened I called customer service and confirmed the address, they told me the parcel would arrive in a few days, but it never did. I decided to try again a few months later but exactly thesame thing... Really bad service.
Zero stars, if I could!
I bought couple of items few days back and I went to return few of them (size issue) to the same store today. Due to price mismatch (label vs system) discount was applied by a member of staff. Today when processing the refund + couple new items I chose, they charged me for the discount, that was applied with the initial purchase. When I asked why are they charging (AGAIN!) for something , that I am not returning (item is at home) the MANAGER said : ' You have to return the item , you were given discount on, so we can refund you the extra money ' (does that make sense to you? Because it does not make sense to me at all!) . So long story short - 30min later, I returned all of my shopping and requested full refund. Extra amount that I was charged (for the item I already bought!!!) was never refunded.. What a disappointment, waste of time and a massive shame to Uniqlo. Shame on you!
Beware they are now charging people for returns and offer no free size exchanges. Avoid at all costs!
One more bad review for Uniclo.
Order has to be delivered one week before but there is any update on shipping CP802338328DE since 20/02.
Guy on chat wrote me that my parcel probably lost and they will refund money after 10 days. Let's wait...

According to the USPS tracking information, Uniqlo never shipped my package.
Uniqlo claimed the package had been delivered.
They will not credit you in spite of any tracking information that proves they were wrong. Instead, they will advise you to contact your credit card company (!). I did not receive credit for a shipment that Uniqlo never made but fraudulently claims was delivered.
Worst customer service ever. And not worth it - steep declines in quality and uninteresting design.
Considering the other reviews I was concerned when I first ordered, but I’ve made 10 since as I am revamping my wardrobe after using the konmari method and having only trend clothing items. I’ve never had any problems, always delivered on time, I’ve used both next day and standard delivery and always been good. I tend to use next day as I’m impatient and I’ve never had. Late delivery! Clothing has always been great, prices are good. I haven’t ever had to return any items so I cannot comment on that. Never had any problems in store or online. I would recommend Uniqlo 100%!
Will ship out your order and charge for shipping even if they don't have 70 percent of it in stock, without the option to get a refund conveniently if at all for certain items
Do Not purchase anything from this company. I bought a coat for my daughters birthday in Nov and she got mud on it from lifting her young daughter up. The dry cleaners would not touch it and I washed it in 30 degrees, the mud came out but the filling in the coat disintegrated. They claimed that it was being sent to their 'specialist' dept for review, that was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing, despite emailing them. This is the worst kind of customer service and I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company ever!!!!

Legit company that behaves like scam artists-see review about returning Airism camisoles, for item they themselves called defective, wouldn't refund return shipping until requested 5 separate times, even after agreeing to do so, and still fighting me about refunding original shipping charges
